I rate PureVPN a 0 PureVPN was a very good product, as was their Help When I switched to Windows 10, all went to *** in a handbasket A couple of the support people were pleasant and helpful. A couple were downright rude.

2 Issues that were NEVER resolved: 1. Frequently received an error when attempting to display a web page (Chrome and FireFox) At least two times, was told to change the PureVPN Application and then told to change to another. 2. Unable to get PureVPN to automatically connect on startup, etc.

When I closed the account, requested a refund on the 403 days left. PureVPN refused. Chose NordVPN which I love. No hassle with Network Settings, no hassle with PureVPN applications.

The installation process was a snap.

Whenever NordVPN connects, I get a notification. Haven’t had to contact help yet.
